Tour management is the foundation of everything LM Artists does. From planning stage to final night, every detail is handled – so artists arrive ready to perform.

Full advance with every venue – production specs, hospitality riders, load-in schedules, parking, guest lists, and local contacts confirmed before the tour begins.

Dates, routing, travel time, accommodation, and budgets planned and booked. A full tour schedule built around making every show achievable and every journey manageable.

Load-in to load-out. Soundcheck co-ordination, rider fulfilment, schedule management, and first point of contact for the venue team throughout the day.

Venue deal settlement at the end of every night. Financial reporting, tour accounting, and full transparency for artist and management throughout the run.

Merch management
Full merch desk operation – setup, sales, float management, and end-of-night cash settlement. Proven across a full tour with SNAYX, with nightly stock reporting to the artist or manager.
Photography, video & content
Live and backstage photo and video captured at shows, plus social content creation and posting throughout the tour. Keeps your audience engaged on the road without the cost of a separate content hire.
Remote TM
Can’t afford to take a TM out on the road with you? I can provide full tour advancing and remote support. I’ll also be remotely available on the day of the show to liaise with promoters and reps and serve the artist anywhere in the world.

I started LM Artists because touring artists deserve a tour manager who genuinely cares – not just about the logistics, but about the whole experience of being on the road.
Tour management is my focus and my speciality. I handle the advancing, the routing, the day-of-show, the settlement – everything that goes into making a tour actually work, night after night. That’s what I’m here to do.
My experience on the road with SNAYX gave me the real-world foundation to offer this with confidence. I’ve been in the venues, dealt with the problems, and built the relationships that make touring smoother. I also bring additional skills – driving, merch, content – that can be invaluable for independent artists working with lean touring budgets.
